Completely. 100%. Free. Seriously! The only thing not free is RedButton, which isn’t part of the RadioGuide. You can try it free for two weeks!
It could be one of the following reasons:
Some stations have their own registration systems that are independent of RadioTime. It can be frustrating, but if you create another account with the station these problems will disappear.
It means the station’s stream isn’t available over the internet. But, hey, we could be wrong. If you have a stream url, share it with others by adding it. Or, press “tell us to Fix-it” with an explanation. If it is available we’ll fix straightaway. You can also visit the station’s web site for other options.
Tune means press “Listen.” Then your computer will connect to the radio station’s audio over the internet.
We may not currently have the station or it’s not included in our zip code map. But don’t fret. First, try searching for the station. If we don’t have it, click “tell us to fix it” and let us know the web site for the station so we can add it.
Search for the station name, if we don’t have it press “Tell us to fix it” and include details about the station. RadioTime does not stream for stations, we just tell you which ones do. If the station doesn’t stream, use “visit station website” and contact them, asking them to start.
The yellow indicates the audio stream might not be available or reliable. Green indicates the audio stream is available and you can listen to it now. Hold your mouse over the play button and wait for the tooltip to explain why.

We love Macs, too.
It depends (Don’t you love that answer?). RadioGuide works with Safari, but it has problems including an echo in the audio stream. If a radio station works with Mac-compatible players, it will work including those using RealPlayer.
A little over half of the internet streams require Windows Media player, which isn’t compatible with a Mac. 25% use MP3 audio, which works with Real Player.
